- Is anything on this site real money?
- No. Frozen Wreck Arena is a free social entertainment site. There are no deposits, no withdrawals, no purchases, no cash prizes and no real-money jackpots. Virtual credits and the arena pool exist only inside the page.
- Do I need to register?
- No accounts, no logins, no email signups. The arena opens directly. Your stake, credits and pool are remembered in your own browser storage.
- What ages can play?
- Frozen Wreck Arena is intended for adults aged 19+ where applicable in Canada. The age gate on first visit confirms this.
- What devices does it run on?
- Any modern browser with JavaScript enabled — desktop, laptop, tablet or phone. The layout adapts to the screen size.
- Why one game only?
- The site was designed as a one-game microsite. We don’t want to be a catalogue, and we don’t link out to operators. The Frozen Wreck Reels is the whole point of this place.
- What does ‘free social’ mean?
- It means the game runs in your browser, all credits are virtual, and nothing in or out involves money. It’s entertainment, like watching a short animation that you control.
- Can I lose money here?
- No. There is no way to spend or lose money on this site. There is nothing to top up and no purchase flow of any kind.
- What happens to my data?
- We use browser storage for a handful of essentials: that you passed the age gate, your preferences, and your virtual session. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers in the default build.
- Can I clear everything?
- Yes — clear this site’s storage in your browser, or use the in-page “Reset run” button to restart the virtual session.
- How do I report a problem?
- Use the contact page. Please remember we can only help with this microsite — we are not an operator and cannot help with third-party accounts.
